By accessing or using PRINT3D's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
Made to Order
All products are made to order. This means your item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Production typically takes 3-7 business days before shipping.
Material Selection
Different materials have different properties and price points. By selecting a material, you acknowledge you have read the material description and understand its characteristics. See our Filament Guide for detailed information.
3. Orders and Payment
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and cryptocurrency payments. Payment is processed at the time of order. Cryptocurrency payments receive a 5% discount, applied automatically.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. This confirmation does not guarantee availability—in rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify an order.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. See our Shipping Info page for complete details.
5. Returns and Refunds
Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Defective Products
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect material selection, or similar reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded in the equivalent USD value at the time of refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are owned by PRINT3D or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs without explicit written permission.
7. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
- Copy or reproduce our products for commercial resale
9. Limitation of Liability
PRINT3D products are intended for decorative and light functional use unless otherwise specified. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or use in applications beyond the product's intended purpose.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
