Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order from your account dashboard if you created an account during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We include insurance on all shipments and will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
